Replacement Pass
If your active Arts Access pass is lost or misplaced, you can request a replacement by submitting the form below.
If your pass is expired or soon to expire, please renew your pass.
If your address has changed, please let us know in the form. Replacement passes typically arrive in 2–4 weeks. Your new pass will have the same expiration date and member ID.
