Anyone receiving income-based public assistance in Western New York is eligible to apply for Arts Access. Questions? Learn more here or give us a call at (716) 833-3004 x.514. To apply for Arts Access, we require proof of eligibility in the form of a photograph or scanned copy of a valid/current benefit card. The form below will include a section to upload a file.
