Apply or Renew for Arts Access Online

Before you apply:

Make sure you have photo proof of income-based assistance (i.e. Medicaid, SNAP, HEAP, etc). Medicare is not accepted. Do not upload a NYS ID or drivers license. Anyone receiving income-based public assistance in Western New York is eligible to apply for Arts Access. There is no age restriction.

Make sure you live or have transportation to Erie, Niagara, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, or Allegany county. Our partners and transportation service do not serve outside of these counties.

If you are applying on behalf of an eligible person, fill out the application with their information. The photo proof of the public assistance name must match the application name.

Each individual with public assistance will need to complete an application. The pass is per individual, not per household. Multiple individuals cannot be processed on one application.

The Arts Access pass is good for the passholder and a guest (unless additional guests are specified by the partner).​
