Anyone receiving income-based public assistance in Western New York is eligible to apply for Arts Access. Questions? Learn more, here or give us a call at (716) 833-3004 x.514. To apply for Arts Access, we require proof of eligibility in the form of a photograph or scanned copy of a valid benefit card or benefit approval letter. A printed copy must be included with your mailed application. 

Please note: If you are applying on behalf of an eligible individual, complete the application under their name, not yours. We cannot complete registration if the attached proof of benefits does not match the applicants name.
